The proved maker, director and actor Dwarakish the shrewd person has at last decided to knock the door of law for acquiring the permission to keep the title 'Vishnuvardhana' that has been strongly objected by the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce and Dr Bharathi Vishnvuardhana. Almost at the edge of completion of the shooting of 'Vishnuvardhana' as Production No.47 as clap board, Dwarakish is disgusted. When N Kumar acquired the rights of 'Vishnu' title he promised to give it to Dwarakish. Even that is objected now is the news. So filing a writ in the High Court of Karnataka Dwarakish is writing letters to Union Information minister Ambika Soni and to the South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce to get him the title 'Vishnuvardhana'.
