(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Dwayne Johnson says he doesnt care if he has to wear a tutu in order to be a successful movie star.
The 38-year-old was known as The Rock during his time as a professional wrestler, although he has since ventured into movies.
Dwayne shed his hardman image when he wore a tutu for his role in the comedy Tooth Fairy, although in action thriller Faster he displays his trademark tough-guy qualities.
The actor is happy to display both aspects of his character, as he wants to have a successful and varied Hollywood career.
My goal is to dominate the box office. I dont care if I do it in a tutu or by flooring it in a car, he explained.
The beefcake is passionate about action movies, although he thinks theres a place for him in more family-based entertainment too. Dwayne doesnt want to be typecast based on his career so far, and hopes to have a lengthy career as an actor.
I love action, but I want to do everything in this business. I dont want to just be the action guy, but also the comedy guy and the kid-movie guy. Im here for the whole family, he added. (C) Cover Media
