(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Foo Fighters have revealed the name of their new album is Wasting Light.
The US rock band recorded the record, their seventh studio album, in frontman Dave Grohls garage.
The new record is due to be released in April and will contain 11 tracks including first single Rope, which will be available next month. The band has also revealed the track listing for the album.
The group comprising of Dave, Chris Shiflett, Nate Mendel, Taylor Hawkins and Pat Smear - has also recorded a video for another track on the album, White Limo which features Lemmy from Motrhead.
The follow-up to their sixth album Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace was produced by Butch Vig, who worked on Nirvana's Nevermind album in 1991.
A documentary charting the band's history is also being released alongside the new record.
Over the course of the bands existence, three of its albums have won Grammy Awards for Best Rock album, and all six have been nominated for Grammys.
