The hotel heiress reaches the landmark age tomorrow, and is thought to have held an extravagant bash to mark the occasion last night. Details of the event remain hazy, although it has been reported around 300 guests attended.

The event took place in the Hollywood Hills, with Paris sparing no expense. She took care to ensure everything would go well, so employed off duty police officers to work at the party.

The star also took to her Twitter page to discuss the bash with her fans, revealing she couldnt wait to kick things off.

Getting ready for my big birthday bash tonight! So excited! Yay! :) (sic), she wrote.

Although the intricacies of the event remain unknown at the moment, one of the presents the star has received is no secret.

She was spotted lavishing her boyfriend Cy Waits with praise after a yellow Lexus sports car arrived at her home. Paris opened her door to see the impressive vehicle waiting for her, and immediately gave Cy a huge hug.

Earlier this month, Paris admitted she was worrying about turning 30. The star was unsure how to cope with her advancing age, and said she was hoping staging several parties would help soften the blow.
