Giuliana Rancic has revealed that she went through a stage of hating her body during her battle with breast cancer.

In a clip from the upcoming season of her reality show Giuliana & Bill, the E! News presenter says she struggled with showing off her cleavage after she was diagnosed with the illness.

She said that while wearing a dress during last year's award season she felt that everyone was looking at her chest as she spoke to them.

"I'd be about to interview someone and I'd notice they'd see me pulling up my dress and [wonder] if they were looking at my boobs," the 37-year-old said. "I had a hate relationship with them."

Giuliana went on to have a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery but says she felt her body "let her down" because she had led a healthy life.

In a sit down with husband Bill Rancic on The Today Show this morning, the couple said that they are still hopeful of becoming parents after their battle with infertility.

"The great thing is we still have options out there," Bill said. "There's a lot of things that we haven't looked at yet and we're going to dive in."

"We absolutely want a child," Giuliana added. "Whether I can be pregnant myself, with the medication that I'm starting, it's probably not as far as myself not going to happen any time soon."

"But, as Bill mentioned, we are definitely looking at other options. So hopefully we'll have some good news. Possibly with adoption or surrogacy."
