Oprah Winfrey says she feels "better" about her network OWN than she ever has but admits she's made several errors.
The media titan started her channel last year before her self-titled chat show had come to an end after 25 years on the air.
But in an interview with The Early Show today with her best friend Gayle King, Oprah admits that it has been a bumpy road.
"The idea of creating a network was something that I wanted to do," she shared. "Had I known that it was this difficult, I might have done something else."
"I didn't think it was going to be easy, but if I knew then what I know now, I might have made different choices. If I were writing a book about it, I could call the book 101 Mistakes.'"
Oprah even compared the launch with "having the wedding when you know you're not ready."
And although Oprah had to lay off 30 people last month and cancelled The Rosie Show, she says she's feeling positive.
"Actually, I feel better about our network OWN today than I ever have," she mused.
