Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill will share their surrogacy journey with fans in a television special.

The reality show couple revealed today that they are set to become parents late summer through a gestational carrier.

And in a statement to Us Weekly, the couple said their decision to choose the route they did to have a baby will be highlighted a 30-minute Style Network special, Giuliana & Bill: Baby Dreams.

"Over the years we have opened our lives to Style viewers," the E! News host and Apprentice winner said.

"We are thrilled to be able to share this happy news with our fans and to help inform others who may also be struggling with fertility. This Style special will answer many questions we also had during this process."

Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer last year and underwent a double mastectomy in November. The couple has been vocal about their failed IVF treatments and heartbreaking miscarriage.

"This was our last stop," Bill told Today. "This was it. We had those two embryos that we had banked prior to learning about the breast cancer, and with the medicine she was on, this was our last effort. The prayers were answered."
