(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that she is not against going under the knife.

The 39-year-old Oscar winning actress always looks amazing on the red carpet but told Extra TV that although she has yet to have cosmetic surgery she would be open to having procedures done in the future.

Gwyneth, who is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and has two children, says she is sure a day will come when she wants a nip and tuck.

"Women should do whatever makes them feel good," the Hollywood star said. "I mean, for me, I am sure that at a certain point I'll do things here and there."

"I always want to look like myself. I think there's a line it's sad when people are unrecogniseable."

Gwyneth recently launched an app for her lifestyle blog, Goop which has tips on everything from recipes, fashion trends and best places around the world to try new things. The first app will be for her New York fans but she plans on making one available for most major cities.

"I have always dreamed of finding a city guide that would be just right for me, like a trusted friend whose opinion you knew you could count on," she wrote.

"After years of being steered in the wrong direction by bribed concierges, biased opinions and just plain bad suggestions, I decided to create what I had been missing: The goop City Guide!" (C) Cover Media
