The actress much before the release of 'Mappillai' signed up for more projects, which is a rare thing amongst other actresses. Although her debut film becomes a box office disaster, she is pinning more hopes on her upcoming release 'Engeyum Kadhal' scheduled to hit screens today.

As Prabhu Deva mentioned, Hansika Motwani too reaffirms that she has a meaty role to perform in this film as the complete story revolves around two lead characters – herself and Jeyam Ravi. Although Sun Pictures is vigorously promoting the film, Hansika is taking her own efforts publicizing the project on twitter and facebook.
