The first teaser of the film 'Kahaani' had left everyone numb as apart from the cut throat clips from the film, the final cut in the teaser that shows a pregnant Vidya being pushed before a moving train had stunned everyone. And now that the film is slated to release this weekend, the same scene raised some hurdles for the team as it barred the smooth release of the anticipated flick. The scene which was shot at Kolkata's Metro Station Kalighat where Vidya is pushed on the tracks had raised concern amongst the railway authorities as they didn't want to put forth a negative image before the people.
There have been a few instances where a few suicide cases have tarnished the image of Kolkata Metro Administration and showing such high drama scenes would have had spoilt it further. They had urged the makers to remove the objectionable scenes from the film and the teaser as well. But when director Sujoy Ghosh explained them the reality they agreed to lift their objection. Sujoy explained to them that the scene is a dream sequence and they would never make an attempt to ruin the image of the vivacious city.
