Bollywood’s currently most successful 'Heroine' Kareena Kapoor is one of the most talked about actresses of recent times.

Citing her ever growing success ratio and career graph, as well as her impending royal marriage to her beau Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor has been hogging headlines at the drop of the hat. And recently when she has been held in high regards for her splendid performance in her film 'Heroine', she was also flooded with questions about her career plans post marriage.

Kareena who recently was a part of an elite discussion panel over the changing face of Bollywood, confessed that she is highly inspired by her to-be-mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore.

The yesteryear Bollywood beauty Sharmila too was the member of the expert panel where they discussed films; and Kareena confessed that Sharmila is a great inspiration to her. Kareena lashed out her critics who exclaimed that her marriage might affect her career by claiming that if Sharmila's marriage didn't affect her career decades ago, she doesn't see any reason why a similar phase will ruin her career.  

"I am very lucky to have her (Sharmila) as my mother-in-law. If you didn't notice, most of her successful films have been after her marriage. She has given some of the most memorable hits post her marriage. She is a great inspiration to me as a person and as an actress," said Kareena.
