The actress-and-singer famously embarked on a dramatic body overhaul after the birth of her and fianc David Otungas son David in August 2009, and she works out a great deal to remain toned.
The star has advised women to find a way to get fit that is enjoyable rather than a chore.
You shouldnt force yourself if you dont enjoy it, youre not going to want to do it, Jennifer told more! magazine.
The 29-year-old, who lost weight by following a Weight Watchers diet, revealed that she doesnt force herself to stick to a rigorous gym routine.
Jennifer explained that she improvises her workouts depending on what mood she is in.
Anything is better than nothing, and I love running. But if I dont feel like it, I wont do any exercise, she said. My hotel room was my gym last night. I ran round it ten times. (C) Cover Media
