(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Jennifer Lopez's relationship with Casper Smart is beginning to "upset some of her friends."

The 42-year-old superstar began dating 25-year-old back-up dancer Casper following the breakdown of her marriage to Marc Anthony last year.

Jennifer has appointed Casper "artistic director" of her upcoming tour, a position in which he is thought to be earning $40,000 a week. The star is also reportedly spending millions of dollars on her beau.

Jennifer's kin are getting worried about where her relationship with Casper is heading.

"Jennifer gives 110 percent when she's this smitten," a source told In Touch. "She's letting Casper call all the shots and that's starting to upset some of her friends."

Jennifer's decisions are also alienating her colleagues. Her close friend and tour manager Fabian Herrera reportedly quit his job once he found out that Casper had been appointed to such a high-powered position.

"There was no way Fabian was taking orders from a kid," an insider revealed. "He thinks it's a bad move on J. Lo's part and doesn't want to be involved."

Apparently Jennifer's assistant and confidante Gilly Iyer doesn't appreciate Casper's attitude either.

"Casper insisted that Jennifer's staff call him Mr. Smart and demanded that Gilly get him drinks," the source said. (C) Cover Media
