(Cover) - EN Star Style - Joan Rivers says the only thing she cares about in her Fashion Police role is being a critic.

The 77-year-old is a co-host of the American television show which comments on outfits worn by celebrities, along with Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and George Kotsiopoulos.

Joan is famously opinionated, and doesnt mind causing offence in her critique of celebrity fashion. She knows behaving in such a manner has made her unpopular in Hollywood, but she doesnt mind.

When I am on E! for the Fashion Police I only care about being a critic. It loses me many friends, she told British newspaper The Daily Telegraph.

Joan admits criticising some of the movie industrys most beautiful women can be dangerous, especially comparing actress Nicole Kidman to a mealtime condiment. However, Joan understands shes on the show to do a job, and that job is being a harsh critic.

I have to say, 'Nicole Kidman, you are in a red dress with a white face. You look like a ketchup bottle. So she wont talk to me at the next party I see her at, but thats my job, explained Joan.

The comedienne also discussed her well-documented use of plastic surgery. Joan has gone under the knife on various occasions in a bid to retain her youthful good looks, and she regrets the way people now mock her for her openness in a world where many stars try to pretend they havent had work done.
