(Cover) - EN Star Style - Kellan Lutz wants to be as hands-on as possible on his upcoming clothing line.

The Twilight star has been collaborating with Danny Guez, founder of American label Dylan George, on his Abbot + Main range, which is set to launch this fall.

The 26-year-old actor, who also models for the designer, explained he wanted to do more than just represent the line.

"[Guez] was looking for a new kind of male celebrity collaborator to be more than just the face of the label," he told New York Magazine. "When he came to me, I really wanted to be hands-on."

Kellan revealed that when he was busy shooting Twilight, his partner would send him samples of the clothes to the set and he would show how they fit via internet communication, Skype.

The hunk, who plays Emmett Cullen in the popular vampire franchise, also revealed he would use his down-time in between filming to come up with new fashion ideas.

"I'd be designing in my trailer I love drawing and he'd create the samples back in L.A., send them up to me, and I'd try them on over Skype. I mean, it looked kind of sexual, but at the end of the day, we were trying to make a good product that I'm proud of," he said. (C) Cover Media
