(Cover) - EN Star Style - Kim Kardashian almost didnt attend the Grammy Awards because she was freaking out about her dress.

The 30-year-old reality television star looked stunning on the red carpet at yesterdays star-studded 53rd Annual Grammy Awards at the Los Angeles Staples Center.

The raven-haired beauty dazzled in a bronze Kaufman Franco gown, which clung to all the right places and boasted a plunging neckline and thigh-high slit. Kim accessorised with glitzy Lorraine Schwartz jewellery and long voluminous locks.

Despite coming up trumps on the night, Kim admits she almost didnt attend the ceremony, due to fears her dress was too tight in the posterior department - although in the end the designers came to the rescue.

"I had the biggest fashion emergency," Kim told Ryan Seacrest during E!'s red carpet pre-show broadcast. "I took it to another tailor and they tailored it to where my whole butt wouldn't fit in it. I was freaking out and said that if I didn't have a dress, I wouldn't go.

"The designers were amazing and they came in and met me and redid the whole thing."

Kim was in good company with her fashion forward attire, joining celebrities such as Rihanna and Katy Perry on the best-dressed lists of various style publications this morning. Katy worked a crystal brassiere teamed with a long tiered iridescent skirt and angel wings while Rihanna looked striking in a sheer Jean-Paul Gaultier striped gown. Lady Gaga shocked as usual by being carried along the red carpet inside a giant egg-like pod where she was reportedly incubating until her performance. (C) Cover Media
