Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao have been doting parents for their young son Azad and trio often spends quality times together. Aamir is regular when it comes to sharing some gala moments with their family. The husband-wife duo enacted two lead characters from Asterix or The Adventures of Asterix, a series of French comics. The series first appeared in the Franco-Belgian comics magazine Pilote on 29 October 1959.

The duo threw this famous French comic con themed party for son Azad and the pair dressed up as Obelix and Getafix two main characters from the comic.

Aamir poster a series of post but one that got most of the attention is the family photo with Azad. He even captioned one of the photos stating, "Obelix, Dogmatix, Asterix and Getafix the druid!" Aamir also shared another pic which had Azad's friends lined up to get the drinking dose and said, "Obelix waits in line for the magic potion, while Asterix is drinking his dose."

Aamir Khan's recent 'Thugs of Hindostan' which was directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya also featuring Amitabh Bachchan tanked at the box-office as the mega-budgeted film barely managed to cross the 150 cr mark.
