(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Lindsay Lohan will not play the daughter of an infamous crime boss, it has been revealed.
The troubled actress has missed out on the part of Victoria Gotti because her representatives reportedly couldnt come to an agreement with the movies producer Marc Fiore.
Marc confirmed that the 24-year-old is no longer being considered for the part and revealed they are currently considering other actresses.
"We are not talking any further about Lindsay playing Victoria," he told People. "She is no longer being considered. The talks have stopped. We are going to meet with other people [for the role]."
Lindsay was hotly-tipped to win the role in Gotti: Three Generations and had even won the support of Victoria herself, not least because of their uncanny physical resemblance.
The star even appeared at the films press conference on April 12, which was interpreted as an unofficial confirmation of Lindsays involvement.
Marc wouldnt reveal the details of why the starlet is no longer in the running, but insisted that it was nothing to do with Lindsays impending court case for theft.
She a wonderful person," he said. "Her legal case has nothing to do with it. We just couldn't reach terms."
John Travolta will star as Mafia boss John Gotti in the movie. (C) Cover Media
