Ever since Bollywood actress Preity Zinta filed the molestation case against her former boyfriend Ness Wadia, everyday there have been developments on the case that make it to the headlines.

This time it is one of the key witnesses who has confirmed that Ness indeed manhandled Preity at Wankhede stadium. The witness is one of Preity's neighbours who met the actress on the very next day of the incident and had seen the bruises on her arm.

Neighbour cum witness Danish Merchant, is a builder by profession. According to the reports, he went to meet Preity the next day and it was then that she showed a bruise on her elbow that she got when Ness pulled her.

While there has been no dearth of support for Preity, people supporting Ness too haven't been lying low. They have blamed Preity for falsely blaming Ness.

The incident happened on May 30 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, during an IPL match. While Preity recently recorded her statement, Ness too has given a statement to the police.
