(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Olivia Wilde wanted her character in new movie TRON: Legacy to look like a boy.

The 26-year-old actress plays Quorra in the new sci-fi movie and the role required her to don a skin-tight futuristic body suit. Although the costume is extremely sexy, Olivia insists she didnt want her character to rely on her good looks.

In fact, the former model even suggested to director Joseph Kosinski that Quorra should be more masculine and decided to channel a famous French heroine when she took on the role.

"Very early on I called Joseph and said, I know who Quorra is. She's Joan of Arc.' We agreed that she was Joan of Arc because she was this unlikely warrior, this child who led an army, who had this very rare combination of strength and innocence, Olivia told E! Online.

"After I discovered the Joan of Arc connection, I asked if she could be kind of androgynous. I kept saying, The Sirens are so sexy! You don't need any more really sexy girls! So maybe she could just look like a boy!'"

Olivia is thrilled with her performance in the new sci-fi movie and is glad she was able to bring some depth to the character. The beauty insists Quorra is unaware of her sex appeal, which actually makes her even more alluring.

"It would have been easier to just let her be the temptress of the Tron world and slink around like a cat, Olivia added. I thought it'd be much more interesting if she was sexy despite herself. She's a warrior, so she's very athletic, but she has no desire to seduce. (C) Cover Media
