September 4, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Francesca Spero claims that she launched the hip-hop mogul P. Diddy's career and is presently suing him for a whooping $12 million. She alleges that his firm Bad Boy had fired her as she was old and disabled, after she had her hip surgery two years back, in 2008.

According to this 51 year old, Diddy wasn't anyway sympathetic of her condition and simply tried to get rid of her.

In the month of March 2010, she was fired and was replaced by a woman who was way younger but lacked both skills and experience of Spero.

Spero's lawyer Laurie Berke-Weiss said that Spero gave Diddy the big break and now that she's not needed anymore, she's being shown the back door.

As per Spero, she first met Diddy in the year 1998, but started working for him a decade later and assisted him to sign up fresh new song writers, grab music clearances for business endorsements, execute Bad Boy's huge $38 million deal with the Hollywood tycoons Warner Brothers and even assist him to produce the hit MTV reality show called 'Making the Band'.

After she faced a surgery from the hip misalignment, he supposedly said that she was earning a lot more than she deserved and gave her the pink slip.
