(Cover) - EN Showbiz - P. Diddy has treated his ex-girlfriend to a holiday on a lavish yacht in the Caribbean.

The hip-hop star has been in an on/off relationship with Kim Porter for around 16 years, and they have three biological kids together, son Christian and twin daughters D'Lila Star Combs and Jessie James. Diddy also has son Justin and daughter Chance with other woman, and is step-father to Kims son Quincy.

Although they are not currently dating, Diddy has splashed out on a no-expense-spared holiday to the Caribbean for Kim. The pair have been spotted relaxing on a luxury yacht, which is moored near St Barts. Diddy appeared cool in a white T-shirt and matching hat, while Kim soaked up the sun in a barely-there bikini.

It is unknown how many of the Diddy and Kims kids are with them, although it is thought the twins are in attendance. The girls turned four yesterday, and their proud father was keen to mark the special day on Twitter.

Happy Birthday to 3 of the most important women in my life! My daughters Jessie+D'Lila and my Mom #ILOVE you- Happy Bday Mom, Jessie+D'Lila (sic)! he wrote on the site.

Diddy and Kim have split several times, most recently three years ago. They have vowed to stay close for the sake of their kids, which is thought to be part of the reason the rapper has taken his ex-partner on holiday.

The 41-year-old music star recently admitted he doesnt see why marriage is so important to some people, and has no plans to settle down anytime soon.

'Why I'm not married yet, I don't have the exact reason. Some things in life you don't have the exact reason, he said on a US talk show. My father was killed when I was three years old... I never got a chance to see the way a family lives, but I'm not making an excuse. (C) Cover Media
