(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Britain's Prince William and his wife Catherine enjoyed a date at the cinema this week.

The royal newlyweds tied the knot in April. After completing extensive royal tours in North America this summer, the pair decided to go to a local movie theatre on Wednesday for a date.

Spotted at Cineworld in Llandudno Junction, Wales, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge entered the theatre through a back door for an evening screening of film The Inbetweeners. According to onlookers the couple looked besotted with each other.

"[Prince William and Kate] looked like they were in a world of their own. He had his arm around her waist as they walked in, as if he was guiding her," onlooker Anella Bennett told People.

Dressed in casual jeans, the couple visited the snack kiosk to get some popcorn before the 8pm screening. While snacking on popcorn the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge looked just like an average couple.

"They looked just like any other young couple enjoying a night at the cinema," Anella said.
