The long trial of 2002 hit and run case finally enters the judgement day. Session court has finally announced against Salman Khan and found every charge of the actor guilty.

According to the law, the actor would be behind bars for five years. Khan's lawyer has appealed the judge to lessen the punishment and the rest will be compensated.

Salman Khan was charged for killing a person and injuring four in the collision at hill road in Bandra. According to the latest report actor's mother, Salma Khan has fallen ill after the final verdict was announced.

It is also said that if the actor is sentenced to jail for more than 3 years, he might move to High Court or Supreme Court for bail.
