(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Sharon Stone thinks men should learn how to "manage their egos".
The actress explained that most red-blooded males find it difficult to date her because of her movie star status.
The Basic Instinct star added that she doesn't like "Hollywood" types and prefers cultured men.
The 54-year-old has been engaged and married twice, most recently to Phil Bronstein, whom she divorced in 2004. She is currently believed to be single.
"I think men have a hard time managing their egos. They do OK for a while, when they're dating me, but when someone explains to them that they're dating her, they have a hard time with that," she told British magazine OK! "Hollywood men, by and large, are not my type. I like foreign, intellectual men. I think [being in a relationship] is nature and I would like to be in compliance with nature."
Although she would like to find a partner, Sharon feels she has been blessed in life.
The star credits her adopted sons, Roan, Laird and Quinn, and her pals for keeping her happy.
"Well, I'm lucky. I have wonderful children, great friends. I've been able to be a service to my community on a very broad, deep level. I think I've done well!" she said. (C) Cover Media
