Recently, Shriya Saran sizzled in a photoshoot for a national, english magazine - Maxim, with an exclusive 'topless' pose.
The bold photoshoot created quite a sensation in Kollywood. The 'Hindu Peoples' Party' condemned Shriya after the photoshoot went viral.
Shriya, who believes that she has more than enough film offers on her plate, shunned all controversies that were created. The actress posted on Twitter -
"It's not fair to only blame me, because so many top actresses do photoshoots with 'Men's magazines'. Many actresses like Trisha and Sameera Reddy have posed topless for english magazines, before I have”.
Shriya's tweet had not gained much attention, until Sameera Reddy said that these photoshoots were Shriya's way of getting more Tamil films.
Sameera tweeted -
"If an actress desires retaining her place in cinema, it requires her to give such poses. Moreover, this is not the first time that Shriya has resorted to such methods. She has already been condemned before, for her photoshoots".
Due to these statements, Trisha is not on speaking terms with Shriya and stated that she is very angry with Shriya's unwanted comments.
