The actress who is renowned for her roles in Alfie and The Edge of Love has not been shy of controversy during her career. After referring to the American state Pittsburgh as Sh*tsburgh in 2006, Sienna was forced to make a public apology. Her love life also came under scrutiny when she had a fling with married father-of-four Balthazar Getty, which ended in May 2009.

The 29-year-old British star says she cant help but being honest during interviews, even if it means shooting herself in the foot.

Im a big gob. And Im terrible at interviews because Im very honest, she told Stylist magazine. I think Ive become more aware of the consequences of saying what I think but I still have no reason to pretend to be anything else other than me. Dont get me wrong, there are times when Ive read things and gone, Ive just shot myself in the foot by being that open. Things get manipulated. But you know, ultimately, Ive said it.

The blonde beauty thinks its unfair that male stars get away with saying more controversial things. Although she gets judges for what she says at times, Sienna insists she will never stop being open.

But I think its difficult being a woman Men get away with far more in interviews;
