Sona has said she is planning to file a police complaint against producer T Siva of Amma Creations, for allegedly cheating her by 'fraudulently selling' the dubbing rights of their co-production venture "Kanimozhi".

According to Sona, who runs Uniq Production, she inked an agreement with T Siva, the owner of Amma Creations and member of the Tamil Film Producers Council, on 28th January, 2010, for purchasing the entire rights to the movie "Kanimozhi".

'I have 50 per cent ownership rights of the film along with Siva for other Indian languages also,' the actress-producer said and added that Siva cannot sell the rights without her written consent and without sharing the profits with her.

But now, Siva has signed a pact with a third party to dub the movie in Telugu, Sona said and added that she is planning to lodge complaints with the police and the producers council against the producer.
