Sonam sweats it out

It is a known fact that before entering Bollywood, Sonam Kapoor had to work real hard to shed the flab. Today, the actress has an hour glass figure and she makes sure that she maintains her vital stats strictly. 

The results were clearly seen in her last film 'Bewakoofiyan', where even though the film tanked at the box office, Sonam's bikini scene was talked about. 

Though she has proved her mettle, she is not ready to take it easy. The actress has in fact revived her exercise regime for a special reason. 

In the past few months, Sonam's workouts became irregular due to her hectic shooting schedules and travelling. 

But as she is currently shooting in Mumbai for Arbaaz Khan's 'Dolly Ki Doli', she has hit the gym once again. 

Sonam has been training regularly and the actress makes sure to work out for two hours daily. 

"I've never been much of a heavyweight workout person. I mostly rely on Pilates, yoga and cardio for fitness, which works to maintain a lean body. However, from now, I'll be undergoing a strict regime, with moderate weight training for two hours every day," she said.
