According to the reports, the actor had personally met the executive members of Sun Pictures including MD Kalanidhi Maaran. As they were looking into the profile collections for the movie, it was something to rejoice for the producers, Instantly, Rajnikanth requested Kalanidhi Maaran whether there are any possibilities to make a sequel to the movie, to which the producers have given a nod.
