Yet another Bollywood film has crossed 100 crores at the box office and this is perfectionist Aamir Khan's latest release 'Taalash'. Starring Aamir, Kareena Kapoor and Rani Mukerji in the lead roles, the suspense thriller is directed by Reema Kagti. Co-produced by Farhan Akhtar, Ritesh Sidhwani and Aamir Khan, the film was made on a budget of Rs. 40 crores and it has already grossed 131.78 crore worldwide within 15 days of its release.
The film earned 85.38 crore at the domestic box office while it grossed 46.40 crore overseas. It was released in 2,500 screens whereas the satellite rights were sold for 40 crore.
The movie got positive reviews from critics and mixed reviews from the audiences. Nonetheless it is a win-win situation for the complete team of ‘Talaash', who recently also celebrated the success of their film with a grand bash.
