Tom Cruise isn't "sitting around crying" following his split from ex-wife Katie Holmes.

The actress filed for divorce from Tom Cruise at the end of June and they settled the terms of their split in less than two weeks.

Tom is reportedly determined to move on with his life.

"If anyone thinks that he's sitting around crying, then, first they don't know Tom, and second, they are sorely mistaken," a source told the American edition of OK! magazine.

"He didn't want this. But, he's a mature adult, so he's not going to waste time feeling sorry for himself and moping over Katie when she's decided she doesn't want him."

While shooting his upcoming sci-fi thriller Oblivion last month, Tom reportedly got flirty with his two gorgeous castmates Olga Krylenko, 32, and Zo Bell, 33.

"He has, for the most part, been enjoying himself as best he can, and he's even getting close to a few women already," the insider revealed. "It's not a question of when he rebounds but with whom."
