Well, remaking old movies has become a passion for movie-makers, and it looks like most of them are following this trend.

It seems that some of yesteryears hits of top Kollywood actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan will most likely be remade in the near future and this news has caused a flutter around the place.

Among the choices that were mentioned, it is heard that Rajinikanth's 'Thillu Mullu' amd Kamal's 'Manmadha Leelai' are the best picks.

'Thillu Mullu' is likely to be re-made very soon and Shiva, who started off his career in the film industry with the movie 'Chennai-28' is set to reprise the role that was made famous by Rajini.

According to sources, Vendhar Movies has obtained the remake rights of the 1980's blockbuster 'Thillu Mullu' directed by K. Balachander and has apparently got in touch with Shiva to feature in it.
