Balakrishna became the hot topic among Tamil film journalists in Chennai on Monday evening. For, the top actor of Telugu cinema interacted with them fluently in Tamil, leaving everyone in surprise. He attempted to answer almost all the questions in Tamil.

He was speaking to reporters at a press meet organised to promote the film 'Varuvan Thalaivan' (the Tamil version of 'Oo Kodatara Ulikki Padatara'). Since this bilingual is the first straight Tamil venture of Balakrishna, the actor was all thrilled.

'I love Chennai a lot. It is my second home. I love to do Tamil films. People are appreciative and cordial here', said Balayaa, amidst thunderous applause from the cast and crew of the movie.

Directed by debutant filmmaker Sekar Raja, the movie has Manchu Manoj and Balakrishna in the lead roles. Produced by Lakshmi Manchu, the film is almost complete and plans are on to release it soon.
