(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Charlie Sheens house has been raided by police looking for guns.
The troubled actor has been behaving increasingly erratically lately, and was recently fired from his TV show Two and a Half Men after making derisive comments about producer Chuck Lorre, network CBS and production company Warner Bros.
Charlie has also insisted he doesnt have a problem with drugs, and slammed Alcoholics Anonymous. His estranged wife Brooke Mueller with who he has twins Bob and Max got a restraining order out against him after accusing him of threatening her, and it was because of reports Charlie was breaching it that his Los Angeles home was raided. As part of the order the star cannot have guns, and the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) received word he may have some.
It came to the attention of the LAPD that Sheen is the registered owner of firearms. [We conducted a search] to determine if he is in possession of firearms and ammunition in violation of the [restraining order], the police said in a statement.
Charlie is said to have eaten dinner on his patio while officers went about their work. An antique weapon and bullets were found, but the star was not arrested.
He spoke about the incident on Twitter, saying: The LAPD were awesome. Absolute pros! They can protect and serve this Warlock anytime (sic)!!
Charlie and Brooke have now reached a custody agreement over the twins, who are two later this month. After she filed for the restraining order the boys were taken from Charlies home, but the estranged couple have now decided how he will have visitation rights meaning they will not go to court.
Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences, their lawyers said in a statement. For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter.
When Charlie was fired from Two and a Half Men, show bosses sent his attorney an 11-page letter detailing why his dangerously self-destructive behaviour meant they could no longer work with him.
The 45-year-old has now hit back with a $100 million lawsuit, in which he slams Chuck Lorre and claims he has wanted him off the programme for a long time.
Lorre is the proverbial '800-pound gorilla, it reads. Lorre's inflated ego, laziness and ill-will toward Mr. Sheen and his perceived lifestyle is in direct derogation of Mr. Sheen's rights.
Charlie had at-home rehab earlier this year after being hospitalised following an alleged two days of partying with porn stars. The show was shut down while he recovered, and the suit alleges when he was ready to come back he was unable to as Chuck hadnt written any episodes.
Chuck has dismissed the suit, with his lawyer stating to the Hollywood Reporter: The conspiracy theory is pure fantasy. Chuck is very concerned for Charlie's health." (C) Cover Media
