This Bollywood superstar has always been known to be a 'politically correct' and true nationalist idol for Indians.

Hence, it is surprising to hear that he has been slammed with a case of insulting the Indian tricolor. Lok Janshakti Party’s National Secretary Ravi Brahme has alleged that Shah Rukh Khan insulted the tri color in a video uploaded on Youtube.

Brahme lodged an FIR against the actor on August 14, in Pune. SRK has been booked under sections of 'Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act, 1971'.

The case has been transferred to Mumbai police for further investigation. However, until now there has been no reaction from SRK and his managing team.
