Looks like C. S. Amudhan's 'Thamizh Padam' is all set to recreate its magic in Bollywood as well. The buzz is that popular Tollywood producer Suresh Babu is remaking this film in Hindi with Riteish Deshmukh in the lead.

Confirming the news, Suresh Babu says, "Yes, we are making 'Thamizh Padam' ('Sudigadu' in Telugu) in Hindi now. Ritesih Deshmukh will play the lead. We are currently in talks with a few top filmmakers in the industry to helm the project. However, it's too early to reveal details about the film."

'Thamizh Padam', which was a spoof on Tamil films, was earlier remade in Telugu with Allari Naresh as 'Sudigadu'. Both the versions were received well by the critics and the audience, and even did well at the Box Office.
