(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Ciara has revealed she loves to curse.

The American singer admits she got into the habit of uttering foul remarks while making her new album recently.

She became frustrated in the recording studio while trying to produce the LP, entitled Basic Instinct, which then began a trend of her using bad language.

Ciara admitted she is now finding it hard to avoid swearing in everyday conversations.

The 25-year-old appeared on American talk show Chelsea Lately, hosted by comedienne Chelsea Handler, and divulged that her new undesirable habit was surprising because she even still refers to curses as just bad words.

The 35-year-old chat show host jokingly warned Ciara she needs to think about cleaning up her language in order to protect her clean image.

The singer agreed, and promised she would try and be on her best behaviour in front of the public in future.

Ciara said from now on, she would only use safe bad language. (C) Cover Media
