Differences of opinion surface when controversies arise. The present generation heroines are looking at it practically. After all, at the end of the day what is important is earning money, is what seems to be their policy.

At the media briefing of 'Maha Buddivantha', Jennifer Kotwal and Neethu came together and sat side by side, not giving a chance for the old controversy to flare up again.

The controversy dates back to 'Huli' Kannada film launch. Director Om Prakash first announced Neethu as the heroine and even paid an advance to her. After sometime he suddenly announced Jennifer Kotwal was to be the heroine of 'Huli'. That obviously irked Neethu, a very good performer. When the media asked the reason for dropping Neethu, director Omprakash said she is a bit fat. That Jennifer Kotwal was equally fat, was brought to his notice. He had no answer. Neethu took her ousting very bitterly. She lashed out at director Om Prakash Rao, saying that without giving concrete reasons, he should not have taken such a drastic step.

Neethu though, joined a slimming center later. Now the two heroines seem to have forgotten everything and are seen chatting together.
