(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Kate Moss secretly married rocker Jamie Hince in August.

The British supermodel met Jamie, guitarist with rock band The Kills, in 2007 and they soon began dating. Rumours had been circulating recently that the pair had wed, and British newspaper The Daily Mirror has revealed the private ceremony actually took place on the idyllic Italian island of Sicily on August 7.

It has been reported 36-year-old Kate went barefoot for the bohemian ceremony and wore a see-through robe in traditional white, while Jamie, 40, wore a traditional suit.

The marriage took place in an attractive small church with only close friends and family in attendance. Kates eight-year-old daughter Lila Grace, from a previous relationship with journalist Jefferson Hack, was ring-bearer.

After the ceremony it is believed the congregation danced under the islands famous pine trees, and it is said the day was romantic and spiritual.

"Kate's had a fairly turbulent love life. But she's a romantic at heart, a source told The Daily Mirror.

"The plans were kept very quiet as Kate wanted the day to be low key and purely a celebration of their love. Shes never been one for convention or tradition, but Jamies been there for her through thick and thin, and she simply felt the time was right.

They planned the day for weeks and were so excited. Kate didnt want a stuffy, formal do, but something spiritual. Minutes after tying the knot, the giggling newlyweds were outside the church, dancing under trees. It was an incredibly happy day." (C) Cover Media
