The British rockers were just one of the big names performing at the iconic UK music festival, which culminated with a dazzling performance by R&B star Beyonc Knowles last night.
While many musicians are famed for demanding decadent items such as champagne to be left for them backstage, it has been reported that Coldplay's requests were far more health conscious.
According to British newspaper The Daily Mirror, lead singer Chris Martin and his bandmates simply asked for items including two crates of filtered mineral water and an unlimited amount of crudits. They are also said to have requested an "assortment of vegetarian, gluten-free dips".
Coldplay whose other members include guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman and drummer Will Champion - gave an outstanding performance as the headline act on Saturday night. Their set included hits such as Yellow, Viva La Vida and Clocks. Stars such as Beyonc and her husband Jay-Z were in the crowd, as was Chris' actress wife Gwyneth Paltrow. (C) Cover Media
