(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Matthew McConaughey and his fiance Camila Alves are reportedly getting married this weekend.

The Hollywood hunk proposed to his Brazilian model partner Camila Alves over Christmas. They have been together since 2007 and have two kids together, four-year-old son Levi and daughter Vida who is two.

E! Online reports that the pair are planning to officially become man and wife in a private ceremony in Matthew's home state of Texas.

Sources tell the website that only two-dozen close friends and family have been invited to the affair.

Employees involved in the event have been required to sign nondisclosure agreements.

Camila will be honoured today at the Step Up Women's Network luncheon in Beverly Hills, but she will not be physically in attendance. She is thought to be accepting her accolade via video in order to be close to wedding preparations.
